With a dynamic real estate career spanning more than three decades, Gretchen’s professional experience has included roles as agent, office manager, and senior corporate executive. In November of 2005, Gretchen opened her first real estate office in San Ramon, California. With the belief in the American Dream and a mantra of “we help people get what they want,” the company grew at a phenomenal rate and has been acknowledged as California’s fastest- growing, full-service real estate company almost every year of their existence. As of 2019, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices (BHHS) Drysdale Properties has grown to over 1600 agents in 42+ offices serving Northern California and Nevada. RealTrends recently honored BHHS Drysdale Properties, known locally as “The Drysdales,” in the RealTrends’ PowerBroker Report as the 72nd largest brokerage in the nation by sales volume. Additionally, the Drysdales were honored by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices as the 13th largest company in the network worldwide. Furthermore, the San Francisco Business Times voted Pearson as one of the most influential businesswomen in the Bay Area. Pearson received the prestigious National Association of REALTORS’ Top 40 Under 40 Award, the Woman Entrepreneur of the Year Award for Contra Costa County and has been the featured speaker at numerous industry events. Most recently Gretchen was ranked amongst the top 200 Most Powerful and Influential Men and Women of Residential Real Estate Brokerage for 2021 by T3 Sixty. Pearson is the founder of the Drysdale Community Foundation, a non-profit organization entirely funded by the agents in the company which give funds to charities who are dedicated to improving lives of others. Pearson is active with Special Olympics and is proud to serve on the Northern Nevada and California Boards. Pearson has been married to the same guy for 30+ years and together they raised three children. She loves all sports and is a proud HORNET. |
