As a Principal of John Burns Real Estate Consulting, he manages residential real estate consulting mainly in California?s Bay Area, Sacramento, and Central Valley markets as well as Northern Nevada. Dean specializes in aggregating housing market trends and conducting primary research to recommend product, pricing, absorption targets for communities of five to 5000 homes. He has deep knowledge of consumer research, buyer profiles, demand and supply conditions, and economic and demographic trends. Dean focuses on for-sale, apartment, and Build-to-Rent (BTR) developments as well as CFD-related absorption and supply / demand analyses.
