Pamela holds influential positions in the industry as a Board Member of the Builders Industry Association (CBIA)\, chairing the Housing Legislation Committee and is the outgoing chair of the Department of Real Estate. Her expertise led to her appointment of Planning Commissioner by the Mayor and City Council of Walnut Creek. In 2024 she was honored with the BIA's Young Professional of the Year Award.
