Circles are a safe space to share your struggles\, give and get advice\, and celebrate each other's wins. Each circle will be moderated by a PWB BIA|Bay Area member around a topic of their expertise\, experience and knowledge.\n\n			 \n			\n		\n		\n			\n			Topic: Limits and Limitless Possibilities\n\n			\n\n			Do you know where the limits placed in your life come from? What if these limits were dismantled over time\, and are now upheld by our very own selves? This session will concentrate on rising above self-imposed limits and gaining clarity in identifying limitations that hinder rather than nurture our growth. Join us to transform your limits into limitless possibilities.\n\n			 \n			\n		\n		\n			Moderator: Pamela Nieting\n\n			Co-Founder\, Nieting Development\n\n			\n\n			Pamela is the co-founder of Nieting Development\, a women led business that is redefining the way real estate development is conceptualized\, executed\, and experienced. A native of Peru\, and a mother of two young daughters\, her journey has shaped her visionary and entrepreneurial leadership. Her commitment to excellence and innate ability to anticipate and adapt to the ever-changing politics and needs of housing is foundation the shaped the inception of Nieting Development. Graduating from Santa Clara University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering\, Pamela embarked on her professional odyssey first in civil engineering working on projects spanning from San Francisco to New York and across the globe to the middle east. Her pursuit to create spaces that transcend mere structures but create communities led to her entering the real estate development world. Leveraging nearly two decades of experience in both the private and public sectors\, Pamela possesses a wealth of knowledge and insights that are invaluable in navigating the complex terrain of entitlements within real estate development. Pamela holds influential positions in the industry as a Board Member of the Builders Industry Association (CBIA)\, chairing the Housing Legislation Committee and is the outgoing chair of the Department of Real Estate. Her expertise led to her appointment of Planning Commissioner by the Mayor and City Council of Walnut Creek. In 2024 she was honored with the BIA's Young Professional of the Year Award. Beyond her professional endeavors\, Pamela\, a passionate advocate for women in STEM\, sits on Santa Clara University 's Civil Engineering Board and sings on the worship team at her local church.
